brake problems

i have a 1988 crx si and and the rear brakes stick like the parking brake is on i loosen the bleeder screws and they release. i have replaced the rubber lines the master cylinder the wheel cylinders and the brake booster anyone have any ideas i'm running out of things to replace. could it be the propotioning valve?

The lines running to the M.C. should be steel, not rubber. And did you try adjusting the star wheel on the drums? This should bring the pads closer together. However, you should have set the adjustment when you put the drums back together.

yes i adjusted them and the rubber lines i am talking about are behind the wheel connecting to the wheel cylinder and bleed the system multiple times.
