I was thinking about upgrading my brakes to brembo system but this being my everyday car i gotta stick with stock size. just getting their disc and pads will that make a difference or not really?

Get a nice slotted disk and some hawk pads. If you really want to dig in, stainless steel lines would be a nice upgrade.

You don't need any more stopping power than that in a Civic.
