Recommended brakes.
Hey Guys/Gals,

I've got a 94 civic ex manual 130k miles, and the breaks are squeaking. What recommendations does everyone have for an everyday, Dallas, TX traffic, brake setup? All the way from the rotors to calipers to pads etc. etc. Keep it as cost effective as you can.

Thanks in Advance

I agree as far as everyday is concerned - but as far as performance I would go Brembo cross drilled and slotted rotors and Hawk HP Plus Pads - Just my .02

def the hawk pads. but i would go slotted as opposed to drilled. i hear too many horror stories about drilled rotors cracking and such. but for everyday drivin they might be ok. jsut not so good at the track.

baer makes nice setups for the whole kit caliper/pad/rotor/ ss hoses. but they are pricey.
