Ok a little bit of an update. It took a few to get ahold of him to get him to come. But I tried pulling the codes and I got a code 9.
Do you know what the code means?
Do you know how to clear the code?
I wasn't able to drop the fuse panel now and check for ground at the yellow and blue/white. I know I tested about every wire on the back of the panel. I am also thinking that since the code is in there it might be blocking the ground signal.
I just want to try to verify.

Thanks again for all your help.

Will the code clear itself once fixed?

That's what the diagram in post #5 suggests.

Sorry for the delay but didn't get to meet up till tonight.
I tested for power at the Yellow wire tonight and I am getting 6.90 Volts to the Yellow wire. I had a mix up about the Blue/white wire. I thought it was supposed to be the Green/Red wire. So I will have to retest that again when I can meet up with him again. He showed up at 8:30 and the Bugs were eating us alive so I had to stop for tonight.

But as for the code 9 the motor is weak and 90% of the time only moves half way. He is getting a new motor tomorrow.

I am still a little baffled and trying to figure out if that code would stop the A/C from coming on.

Any more help is Really appreciated. Thanks again for all the help so far.

If there is anything specific I should look at or look for Please let me know.

Please describe the current problem with the A/C system. For example, when you push the A/C button, does the condenser fan run and does the A/C compressor clutch engage?

Nothing comes on but the A/C light in the button on the dash.
No fan no compressor.
I even tryed turning to defrost to make the A/C come on and it still doesn't.

If it was a Volvo I would have had it fixed weeks ago. But Honda is all new to me.

I thank you very much for all the help you have been giving me.
If you ever need any Info on Volvo's let me know. I am a Moderator on one of the sister sites Volvoforums.com

Thanks. I just hope that I can help you solve the problem.

Just a couple more questions. Does the heater work? Does the radiator fan run when the engine is hot?

Is fuse 1 or 4 blown?

Yes the Heater works. Yes the radiator cooling fan works normally.
No fuses blown.(I will triple check tomorrow) But every fuse has always been good.

And a quick recap if I remove the relay under the hood I can jump the one side and everything under the hood works with the exception of the fans. What I am missing is the signal to activate the relay to make it all work.
