a/c problem
My 95 civic LX is having problems with the a/c. During a hot day it will start out cold then start to blow warm air especially in stop and go traffic. On the freeway it will work alittle longer and and night even longer. But always eventually will start to blow warm air at some point. Also when it does start to blow warm air the tact will start to bounce when idling. I used a gauge to check the 134A level and it was dead center of the filled level. Would adding more make a difference? Or is it more likely something else? The a/c was replaced about 4 years ago (not sure exactly what was changed) I want to be prepared when/if I speak to a mechanic so I don't look like an idiot!
Thanks
Thanks

Do not add more refrigerant. If it gets cold once that means there is enough.
It's probably the compressor clutch gap or maybe the relay. When it is not cooling, pull over and check if the condenser fan is running and also if the compressor is engaged.
