Question about Cams
Ok I have 3 heads....Two are stock off of 93 LX's and the other is a PM-3 head or something like that.
I have the pm3 head on now and after I did the timing belt, meaning lined up all the lines, arrows and pointers there seems to be a problem with the distributor. The car is running rough now but here is the issue. On everyother head that I have seen when you line up the UP mark on the cam the distributor is VERTICAL. On this head it is almost HORIZONTAL. My others are all vertical. so I lined up the cam vertical to the distributor and it is way off the UP mark but still runs. Do I need to re-install the cam, maybe it was like that when it was taken off the other car. I am puzzled but the car is running rough. So I have posted here before and only the same 2 or 3 people only help me out. Thanks,
