Hello, we have a 2015 Honda Civic base model. I just got home from getting pulled over by a cop who said I was doing 74 mph. Problem is I was on cruise doing under 60 for the half hour before he pulled me over and after. People were passing me and yet somehow I still got pulled over with my wife and son in the car. The officer insinuated I was calling him a liar and I got my ticket.

Is there any way I can prove I wasn't using the EDR data or will it only work in an accident?
