i have a 90 civic lx.car was runing fine and the fuel pump went out change the fuel pump and now the car wont start what could it be? took the car to a pro and he said that the car needs a new ecu and under hood fuse box change that and all it does now is blow the fuse box. when i bought the car from this guy he had a wires runing from the starter to a switch in the car to start it up. could that have some to do with the car not trunning over? please help!!!!!!
