Default Catalytic Converter Issue

Okay, so i found somebody selling there catalytic converter from there 97ex. Now my main issue are these question:

1)It comes with O2 sensors, will they fit perfect in my 99DX?
2)To make sure it's not broken i check inside and what?
3)For $85, good buy?

Doesn't the DX have the converter mounted in front of the engine (built into the manifold) but the EX it is in the pipe under the car?
