Default CEL code 92 on a 97 HX

My car is running great for the past year without any CEL afterI replaced the speed sensor and cleaned out EGR port. I'm getting about 36 to 40 MPG with a motor that has 266,000 miles on it. So here I have to get a smog check every two years and I failed last week as a GROSS polluter. I did pass two days ago when the egr ports were cleaned out by pulling off the fuel rail and the cover plate to expose theegr ports. The readings for NO was extremely low so it passed easily.

So today on the way to work I get a CEL, go figure it was running fine before and it stiil is. The CEL I'm getting now is a code 92 - Insufficient Purge Flow or Defective Emissions System. I'm at work right now, so I'm guessing the something wasn't hooked up right. One thing I did notice that the first test my HC levels were lower than the second test even I passed on the second test.

Any ideas what to look for.

Thanks,
Glenn

Found the problem, the connection for the solenoid to purge the cannister was unplug. It was hard to see because its under the plastic cover where the fuel injectors wires are routed.
