Default Changing a 1.6 ESI engine to a 1.6 LSi Engine..

Has anyone done this before? I am trying to aquire myself (and think I will end up aquiring) a 93 civic 1.6 ESi hatch. However, I would like to have an LSi engine in her (all LSi's on ebay and at auction are going for silly money) So thought I would just change the lumps over.. but didnt know how easy fitting would be? Its just an idea at the moment but any input is appreciated!
