Charge car when 2012 Civic is off

I would really love to charge my phone when the car is off, but can't figure it out. Frustrating....my old 2002 Chevy Astro was even capable of that!

You want a port that is always hot even when the car is off? You can keep the key in accessory to allow the accessories to be powered. Otherwise, set up something custom. Shouldn't be too hard to wire up

I did this on my 1991, there was simply a relay that turns the lighter socket on and off with the key, so bypassed it and now the lighter is always live.
