civic 07: front speakers not working...
Hi guys. My front speakers haven't been working right for the last three weeks.
It started when I was listening to some music and i heard a loud static bump from the front speakers, after that nothing from the front speakers. (Apparently Daft Punk was too much awesome for my car. heh)
When I turn on my car in the morning, I get sound from the rear speakers but not the front. It's like that the entire ride to work.
Then after eight hours at my job, i get into my car, turn it on and they work. It's pretty much the same pattern everyday.
There have been two instances where it does not work after returning to my car, but after about a minute or two of driving it kicks in loud as heck.
It's the standard factory CD player. I never use it because I have my mp3 player jacked into the aux jack.
It may sound absurd but my only reasoning is the weather. It's cold in the morning when it doesn't work, and hot in the afternoon when I get out of work. And the days that it hasn't kick in, it's been colder than usual after work. idk, maybe I'm an idiot, and that probably makes no sense. lol
Can n e one help? Is this something I can fix myself? N e ideas. Any help would be appreciated.
