I'm hesitant to say it's the ignition switch. I recently had that problem, but one of the key symptoms is that no lights on the dash come on when it stalls. You say that everything is still working except the car is stalled. That is not the ignition switch from what I read and experienced.

So I would think that something is not connected properly with the anti-theft alarm system. Did you install it recently? Maybe there is a short and it's activating because of it which results in the car stalling.
