yah all the power stuff.....so maybe this is a EX with a swapped engine in it?

 

Did you look at the engine ID plate where I showed you in the picture? It should read D16z6. If it does, that's the engine that's supposed to be in the car.

 

It does look like you have an EX: stock VTEC engine but with aftermarket SRI intake and headers on it. When new they had an "EX" label on the back of the car, but that could have been removed or painted over.

 

yup....D16z6 alright.. lol...my first time working on import...been a Ford guy my whole like, but trying to help my sister out...
kk, so the brakes/shift are working, was a fuse under the hood...... no one knows about any kind of reverse bands(likely on the inside I know)? I guess next step just swap out the tranny?

 

I've never heard of adjusting those transmissions. If reverse doesn't work you'll need to replace something inside, or the whole unit.

What other year tranny's will fit the 94? or any other car models?
I see a tag on top of the tranny says...M24A-xxxxxxx if that helps?

Pretty much any D series auto tranny from 92-00, maybe 88-00 I forget. I'd say look for an EX tranny from a 92-95.
