Default Engine identification problem

I got 1,5 16V engine in my Civic Coupe but it's said that this engine should have double fuel injection. I compared it with my friend's 1,5 16V engine which has double fuel injection and although it's the same generation it looks different especially the injectors part - my Civic got four injectors and my friend's Civic got two injectors so theoretically my engine should be D15B7 but hmm... in practice it's not? I went to dyno and it gave 109HP and 216km/h while Honda engines info says that it should have 102HP and 190km/h. So now I got a problem - is my engine really D15B7? Photo of my engine below.
