Default Civic Overheating

Got a '95 civic dx hatchback that is having overheating problems. So far we've changed the radiator (stock one had a crack), put a new timing belt & waterpump (since it was time for one anyway), put in a new thermostat, bled the air out. Still overheating. The hoses were rock hard & didn't seem to be flowing water. So changed out the thermostat for another new one. Ran fine for a few weeks & now its overheating again. Any ideas?
