Hey guys. I recently purchased my third civic (96 DX 150k miles) as a work horse for my daily commute. Since I have been having some starting issues with it and can't seem to pinpoint the problem. The car will start fine one day and the next it won't even turn over. I can't notice any "click" when the car decides not to start. I have put in a new starter thinking the original one had ran its course. Im thinking a strong possibility could be the ignition switch. Ive never seen a vehicle start perfectly fine one day and then not at all the next and then start fine again the day after. I thought it was maybe the neutral switch/clutch switch but I've bypassed both and the problem still exists. Car throws a P0303 P0133 P0304 and P1300 codes. Could it maybe be the ignition coil or the ICM? Can anyone shed some insight as to what the problem may be?
