Default Civic Swap Question

I have a 96 civic coupe dx 5 speed with the 1.6LNVTEC and i have a 1.6LVtec motor that i wanna put in and i was wondering what i needed to comeplete this swap????

Im pretty sure its the D16Z6 Vtec motor

well the d16z6 is a obd1 motor and doesnt have a crank position sensor, it has a cam position sensor, the 96-00 civic engines( d16y5,d16y7,d16y8) is obd2 and has a crank position sensor. and the distributor plugs are different. so for the d16z6 to work in your car you will need to buy a p28 ecu (it comes from 92-95 civic ex/si) you will need to buy a obd2 to obd1 ecu jumper harness, and also a obd2 to obd1 distributor jumper harness

Ok ill make sure what the exact motor it is ill give you the code
