My wife's 97 Civic had a check engine light come one a couple days ago...ran it to AutoZone and the reading says this:
P1300 - Boost Calibration Fault
P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire

I'm not a mechanic by no means, but figured the cylinder misfires may have some thing to do with either spark plug or fuel injectors, maybe? As well, the boost calibration fault sounds like an intake/vaccum sensor...??

Either way, any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!!

erase the codes with the scanner and see if they come back. esp on misfire codes, sometimes they come on once, and never come back. but testing the ignition components is a good place to start. and if you know the plugs and wires havent been replaced in awhile, then this is as good of a time as any.
