I have a 99 civic, Well when I went to turn on my heat this morning it didnt work. Then i noticed that the three buttons (rear defrost, AC etc.) didnt work either. The ***** still light up, they just dont turn anything on. So i was wondering where the fuse is for these. I checked under the hood but couldnt find anything relating to them. any ideas? maybe a loose wire?
