Default Clunking on Driver side tire at low speed

Hello.. I have a 2001 Civic LX , recently while driving down alleys at low speed or going over bumps or uneven roads I get a clunking sound coming from the right driver side tire. it only happens at low speeds. if going over 25mph the sound doesnt happen even over bumps. the car seems like the alignment is fine and I dont think its the CV boot because it doesnt make the sound while turning right or left on the street. someone told me there is a bolt that may need to be tightened also mentioned it being the TSB or Bump Stops.
