Default Clutch Help

I'm having a problem with my clutch. When the car is off I can put the clutch in and shift through all gears. When it is running, I put the clutch in and can shift into any gear. I can pump the clutch pedal and finally force it in, but it grinds on the way in. I put a new Slave cylinder in a couple of months ago. Anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be?

Any particular gear or is it every single gear? Couldbeyour transmission synchros. Thehigher the RPMs the harder to get into gear. The time it takes to pump the clutch probably gives the RPMs time to go down.

Start the car and drive I can shift fine through all the gears, but afterdriving the car for 5 - 10 miles I push the clutch in to shift, but I can't shift into gear, it just grinds.
