i was driving today and i pulled out on to the road. i went to shift to second and my foot slipped off the pedal and i grinded second. i put it in neutral and waited a few seconds and then put it into gear. the clutch pedal felt funny. Now when i go to take off, if i dont ride the clutch alll the way then it shakes alot and wants to stall. And when im driving its hard to get into gear, but now the clutch pedal feels normal. pleasse help me out. By the way its a jdm B16a

 

i believe that you need a new clutch, because when you grind, it usually damages the clutch the most. when i accidentally grinded once, i blew my clutch and i couldn't even move my car.

but i didn't experience any of the symptoms that you are, so i'm not sure.
