Default Clutch problems

I have a 09 civic si with clutch problems. I won't go into gear when the car is on. No leaks and plenty of fluid. Wtf!!!
Oh it's a stage 2 action clutch

Put into first gear while the car is off. Hold down clutch and turn the engine over. What happens? In case the car lurches forward, please make sure no one or nothing is in front of the car.

I did and it jumps forward. When the car is on and I try to put in gear. It acts like it's gonna stall out as if my foot wasn't on the clutch

So the clutch isn't disengaging from the flywheel. If fluid is confirmed in the reservoir, it sounds like the trans needs to come off.
