Whenever i push in my clutch i hear a squeaky noise. Clutch seems to work fine. should i grease it, and where do you grease? Just thinking for precautionary reasons.

This type of squeaking sound can come from the clutch pedal and/or where the slave cylinder contacts the shift fork. Lubricate both.

Is the sound from inside the car, or under the hood?

If it's inside the car, try to grease the pivot at the top of the clutch pedal. It's very hard to reach without taking a considerable amount of stuff apart though.

Under the hood, the slave cylinder is on the front of the transmission near where the transmission meets the engine block. There is a rubber boot over it. Pull of the rubber boot and you will see where the piston rod touches a lever that goes toward the clutch inside. Apply a small amount of grease where the two parts meet.

For your enjoyment, I edited the diagram above for you. Grease the contact point between the slave cylinder and the shift fork.

If you hear the squeak all the time while the pedal is held down it is the TOB (throwout bearing). If it is the bearing, then you might as well replace the clutch too since you have to pull the tranny anyway.

Mine has squeaked for years at the contact between the slave cylinder and shift fork. I greased it once with high temp grease and it stopped squeaking for about 1 month. I'm not willing to keep greasing it every month so I just let it squeak.
