hey bud the control arm bushing is pressed in a believe. the best way to do it is take the bushing put it over the hole and then take a block of wood, a rubber mallet and some wd40 and work it in. i did both of mine that way and it takes some time but works in the end.

Take it to a shop that has a press, and pay them to press it in for you. Sometimes there is no substitute.

When things are a "press in" fit like this, it is important to go straight in. If it's at any angle it will bind and not go in. Also if you've tried to force it in at an angle, that could have made a burr in the hole. File any burrs off (don't enlarge the hole though) and try again.
