Cooling system all brand new.

I had to replace my entire cooling system after hitting a small pig on the highway. I still had cooling problems, even after replacing the water pump. The mechanic that changed the water pump hasn't been able to trouble shoot the over heating problem.

Welcome to the forum.

Do you only overheat at idle? Or while driving? Or both? Can you hear the fan(s) turning on?
