could make a difference?

whats up guys!! I want to change spark plug wires to my 99 turbocharged SiR , but I was thinking to get a MSD complete ignition kit ... could this kit make a difference on my car? (Im running oem wires and colder spark plugs) thanks for your help!!!!!!!
