WELL, i left this forum alone for awhile and I should go ahead and finish and say, IT WAS A GROUND!!!!! The rear of the chassis has a main ground, it was bad, plus my external coil fried a couple wires... replaced those and all is well. As for the code 16, that is probably the injector I pulled out, it had bent connector, and a black screen filter.. Oh yeah, if you ever have fuel spray out through the throttle body, check your O rings on the injectors.... dont pis off the honda gods.. ill repost another discussion on the injectors...

 

No More code 16, replaced bad injector and that did it, and you don't have to reset the ecu, atleast I didn't need to.
