Default Cruise control not engaging

Hey all...thanks for reading.

I did a heater core change in my 2000 civic ex d16y8 and now my cruise control wont engage. It worked prior to the work.

The main light turns on at the switch but the steering wheel buttons when pressed wont engage the cruise. I did have to drop the steering column for the heater core change and of course unplug and remove the dash.

I checked the plugs as best I could and checked the plug in the wheel itself. All seems to be there. Also checked the fuse, but that just controls the main switch and unit and it's good. Any suggestions? Do you think I missed a plug somewhere? Or a vacuum line? (if so where is it lol) And if so, is there a diagram of the whole system?

Thanks in advance.
