I am brand new to hondas and just bought a 1995 Civic DX hatch with stock bottom end. The guy who owned it before me built up a V-Tech head and told me that all I need to activate the V-Tech is a new ECU. I don't know which one to get. I found a lot of 5 speed SOHC V-Tech ECU's on ebay, but did not know if I need to match up the serial #. Please help, would like to drive car to maximum potential ASAP!!
