Default (D15B1) Idle Issues

All I did on this D15B1 was a Head Gasket change and while the head was off I figured I would take it to get machined. It ended up having 2 burnt valves replaced with seals. I put the motor back together and it fired right up. Only issue is that the idle isn't steady. It idles up and down, up and down, up and down between like 800 and 1100 rpms or it will just idle high. It has Dual Point injection. Any suggestions? how to adjust the idle? or where the Idle Control Sensor might be? anything would help Honda freaks!! :P thanks in advance again you guys for the help.

Is the cooling system completely full? Check in the radiator (when cold) not just the white plastic tank.
