Default d15b1 timing

Hey I've been driving my car for a while now done a few things here and there. But mostly now what is concerning is all the vibrating and how poorly my engine runs sometimes. I got a brand new distributor, alternator, spark plugs, wires, etc whole tune up and an example is I'll start my car up starts up fine, but I'll turn my lights on and heater on for the defrost and the motor gets weaker. I had a manual to try to see what the timing spots/points were. Nothing specific enough and the timing does seem to be off in my car so I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this. About the vibrating, I'll start my car and it vibrates, in the front mostly. And I can feel it inside the car. Then I'll be driving and put it into nuetral preparing for a stop and the engine kinda bogs down again getting weaker. Please anything will help. Thanks for your time
