D16Y7 block in a 90 dx hatch? Possible?

Default D16Y7 block in a 90 dx hatch? Possible?
Can I take a D16Y7 block without the head and swap it with my 90 dx block? Can I just do a block swap and be ok? I think he D16Y7 is from a 95 civic.
