Default D16Y7 Blown Motor Swap

Alright, so I blew the engine on my 98 Civic DX and i'm looking to replace it with a B series engine. Now, my question is..... do I have to change the exhaust manifold, and the transmision when I swap it out for a B16?

if u put in a Y8 im sure you can run off same transmission since you can upgrade your Y7 to the y8 with just bolt on.. same with manifold since i notice when you buy headers they are usually for D series and not y7 or y8 specific..
