I am doing a motor swap on my oval track car 1998 civic hatch

i am trying swap a d16z6 in the car

I have:
d16z6 engine
d16z6 engine harness
p28 ecu
Eg chassis harness to go to engine harness to ecu

what wires/ pins do I need to supply 12v power too and what do I ground
i have the OBD1 pin out diagram and the full engine harness wiring schematic but I maybe just be over looking something or miss understanding something

it don’t need to operate of the key or make the dash work. It can be done with ignition toggle switch and push button start.

I have power at the ecu. And 5v power supplying the sensors
i also have spark
but I do not have any injectors firing
i also do not have power from the check engine light wire ( do that matter)

do I need to provide power or ground to any pins on the left ( driver side) 18 pin plug of the z6 engine harness?
