Didn't use Clutch Alignment Tool...help

Didn't use Clutch Alignment Tool...help
And so, I just replaced my clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate. We then put my transmission back in, and put everything back together up until the cradle, when we noticed the clutch alignment tool that came with the clutch. Do I really have to take everything back off?

No, if your transmission bolted up fine than you have no problems...the tool is really there to align the disk inside the pressure plate and flyweel so that the tranny input shaft slides in with no problem.
