Default Distributor O-Ring?

Went to parts store today looking to buy a dist. seal to replace my seeping distributor. He couldn't find it but said it was just an O-Ring that could be bought at a hardware store. What are the dimensions of this seal so I can just go buy one and have it ready to put in?

I plan on marking the dist. and putting it on EXACTLY the way it came off so not to mess with the timimg.

Any tips?

buy the o-ring from the dealership. no headaches, no leaks, no worries. only a couple bucks. if u cant at a dealership, order it from www.hondapartsdeals.com. when removing, mark the dist. alignment bolts and also mark the rotor. real easy to replace, just takes a few mins..

instead of marks on the distributor you can also use tape... stretch the tape over the two tabs and just use a razor blade to cut them into 2 pieces of tape. and there is your straight line.

i wish i did mine that way, but now i have two marks that are off now.lol
