does any one no what 19 or 20 beeps on the ecu mean

On the old models, a code 20 is trouble related to the Electrical Load Detector, which senses power flowing through the underhood fuse box. This code is often spurious (meaning it gets falsely set when there's actually no problem). Reset the ECU and see if it reoccurs.
