Few questions:
I took out my factory radio to put a new Clarion CD player. I just now realized my dome light only works when I put the switch to the ON position. It doesn’t come on when I open the door. What’s up with that? What did you guys do with your factory radio and tape/cd player? I’ve read where some people put the old radio behind the dash for the keyless entry to work. Is it necessary to still have it?

 

Factory radio is under the seat and I'm going on memory here so someone can correct me but on your wiring harness with the green connecter coming from the car find a light green wire with a black stripe and a light green wire with a red stripe and tie them together. You should be good to go. As for the keyless entry, I couldn't tell ya.
