my O2 is broken on my stock honda civc 95 ex, i tried fixing it but part of the screw is stuck in there

so i have to buy a new header

the thing is my emission test is way past due, and my engine check light is on from the O2 sensor

will buying a cheap after market header hinder it from passing?

btw i am from milwaukee, WI
