Question Engine Bogging problem

Hey guys, very new here, but i wanted to see if anyone could help me with my problem (Bare with me as the details are leading to my problem are somewhat specific.):

I own a 1992 Honda Civic LX, 1.5L 16 Valve and over time the car sputters on me simultaneously at VERY low speeds. When up to operating temperature and at idle: Stalling occurs intermittently at red lights, stop signs, and when i accelerate heavily after red lights. No CEL's on dash after stalling, Oil and Battery light stay on. When gas is below 1/4, it stutters alot, above half and it works decently. Ive changed spark plugs, Will change oil when the weather in BC decides to stop being rainy, cleaned throttle body, Changed air filter (Stock), tranny Oil has not been changed, timing belt has not been changed, NGK spark plug wires.

Any suggestions?

get a new fuel filter and clean the idle air control valve (dirt [lol] cheap). then unplug the battery for 15 minutes, then run the car for about 25 mins then drive around a little. I would hope that fixes it >_>

Did this fix your problem with the stalling?

Fuel filter tends to make the engine starve for gas at high rpm, not at idle. My guess is that it was the IACV.

Get a new O2 sensor, it might not be throwing a light for it, but it sounds like a typical o2 sensor poblem
