Default Honda civic bogging problem

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my 1997 Honda Civic. I have a d15b non vtec and its giving me a real bad bogging and hesitation problem, when I step on the gas, hard. I had it sitting in my driveway for about two months because I needed to get a new transmission and after I got the new transmission I needed a new Map sensor. I replaced my map and the cel isn't appearing anymore, which is good. The idle is much better, but now I have a bogging problem. Could it be that my o2 sensor took a ****, because I drove with a bad map sensor? Should I replace my plugs and get new wires as well? When I pull the plugs out they have a little green on the bottom. My oil looks good and I'm not losing anti freeze. No over heating problems, its just this damn bog! Someone help me out. I also got a video of me driving. I was flooring it in 4th and it wouldn't go anywhere, but when i step on it barely, it doesn't bog. I also just put a fuel injector cleaner in my gas tank. What do you think it is?

Misfiring at heavy throttle and low rpm is usually weak sparks. Misfiring at heavy throttle and high rpm is usually starving for gas.

Don't use third party spark plug wires, a lot of them are crap.

Yeah, I was either thinking new wires and plugs or a o2 sensor. You don't think its a rod, do you?
