AmsOil is a very good oil. It's also expensive & sometimes hard to find.

The first number "0W" indicates the oil'sviscosity when it's cold. Once the oil is at operating temperature, the 2nd number "30" indicates the oil's viscosity.

So a 0w-30 flows better than 10w-30 when it's cold, but they both flow the same once they're warmed up.
