Engine Replaced D16Y7, D4 flashing, slow acceleration
#11
Code 141 means the sensor is bad or it isn't getting power from the harness. So it doesn't even get to the stage where it will check converter performance. If you had a good sensor with a hollowed out converter you'd get code P0420.
Does the engine run OK or does it noticeably misfire?

It's possible they didn't even plug it in when they did the engine swap. My car is lowered so everytime I put it on jackstands and try to get under it, it just sinks down real low and I STILL can't fit under it!
I'm going to have to try some different things to raise the car higher to work on the rack & pinion and check the cat o2 sensor. Any suggestions on good *other jackstand points?

Oops, yeah it sounds ok, but honestly, the exhaust has the Honda purrr, but the engine doesn't sound like a Honda should. It doesn't sound like it's misfiring, it's just throwing a codes, or maybe I just can't tell. I think I would be able to tell by now though, this is my second Honda and the first was in fantastic shape, I just babied it
