engine torque bar?

Default engine torque bar?

ok, dont know if thats the proper name, but ive heard of some kind of torque rod that goes from the engine to the firewall to make it so your engine doesnt torque when under wide open throttle. wanted to look into it. does anyone know the pros and cone, or where to find one? thanks
