Default Engine wont turn over

The other day i was leaving work and my car wouldnt start. All of the dash lights and radio work and the fuel pump engages.I can pop the clutch and push start it or start it using the starter solenoid but using the key inthe ignition does nothing but turn the accessories on.I've already changed the neutral safety switchunder the dashboard so i'm ata loss here.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There is also a relay involved with the clutch pedal switch, but check the ignition switch first since it's a lot easier to reach. Also if there's any sort of anti-theft system it could be flaking out and disabling the starter.
