More or less, anyway.

I just got done listening to a recent episode of Adam Carolla's CarCast wherein they talked with Lake Speed Jr. (of Joe Gibbs Racing) about oil. Apparently, he's quite the expert on it, and had a ton of great info and easy-to-understand explanations on mineral oil, synthetic, additives, etc. Some of it was common knowledge, but there's quite a few interesting points he brings up. Definitely worth a listen.
