I'm in same boat, but I might be able to pass on a few suggestions. Are you getting any CELs?

Maybe Knock Sensor, VTEC Pressure Switch, or VTEC Solenoid Valve.

Let us know what you find out.

well the good news is i fixed it, i adjusted the valve lash. it was off one thousandth and made worlds of difference. i also put on a B&M adjustable fuel regulator, drove it for a while and it happend again. i was like wtf[:@]so i checked the plugs. and it turns out the number three cylinder plug was broken. dont ask me how it happend i have o i dea but i changed the plug and it runs real good.no misses. NOTHING.

mine doesnt have a knock sensor i forgot to add that i swapped in a built up Z6 thats bored 20 over, eagle rods,je pistons, gude head, golden eagle blockguard aem fuel rail, and keihin injectors. and thanks a lot for the input.

High end sputtering is usually ignition related with plug wires being the most likely culprit.
